Add a service team member



Adding a service team member takes place in your Broker Account Settings. Click on your profile menu to access.

 

Step 1: Click “add new member” in your Service Team List.

Step 2: Fill out service team member’s name and email information.

 

Step 3: Decide whether the new service team member has full access or read-only access. Leaving the box unmarked will automatically give the service team member full access to edit.

 

Step 4: Click “Add”.

Edit or remove an existing service team member


Choose between editing a service team member’s privileges or removing them altogether by hovering over the actions wheel next to the corresponding individual.

Edit the service team member’s privileges by clicking “Edit” from the actions gear and checking or unchecking the “read-only access” option.

 

Leaving the box unmarked will automatically give the service team member full access to edit.
