Approve/Deny PTO requests



Admins will notice when a PTO request is made and is pending approval in their “To Do” area of the Homepage. Blue number notifications will appear next to the “PTO requests” depending on how many outstanding requests need attention.

 

If you are approving PTO from the Homepage, click on the Employee’s PTO Request by opening the “PTO Request”. You’ll be taken to the “Other Employees” area in your PTO feature.

Next, hover over the actions gear next to the request and click on Approve or Deny.

 

BernieTip: There is also an “Approve All” button in the top right corner that will blanket approve all pending requests.

Approving/denying a request prompts you then to send an optional message to the employee if you need to notify the employee your reason for approval/denial.
