Create a new booklet template



Step 1: Select “import template” or “add a new template” from the booklets menu.

 

Importing a template will generate a list of previously created templates from your agency and will show the booklet title along with its author. Click the checkmark box next to the template and select “import.” Feel free to download more than one template at a time.

 

Upon clicking “add a new template,” a module pops up asking to name the template title.

BernieTip: If you are a service team member, additionally, you will be asked which broker the booklet is for.

Step 2: Once a template is created or imported, it will generate in your booklets library. Click on the newly created booklet title to customize it.

Step 3: Options to customize include, customizing your front and back cover pages, adding new sections (custom format, plan attachments, or additional pdf’s), and rearranging the order in which each section appears in the booklet.

 

The table of contents will automatically update depending on how sections are organized.

 

Step 4: Clicking on a section allows you to edit the booklets contents or click “add a new section” below. Start by editing the section’s title and any custom text below.

 

Basic customization options are in the toolbar above.

 

Step 5: Click “save” when finished. The booklet is now ready to be downloaded.
