Consider the Personnel File a virtual file cabinet for storing and revisiting important HR documents. These documents are organized by category designated by your Employer.
In your Personnel File, you’ll be able to:
Download & View Documents
Add Employee Documents
Download & View Documents
Files will download in a .pdf straight to your computer by hovering over the actions gear next to each document and clicking “Download”.

Add Employee Documents
Add your own PDFs uploaded from your computer that may be requested by your Employer here in your Personnel File.
Start by clicking the “Add New File” button.

Then, choose the file you wish to upload to you Employee Documents section of your Personnel File and then click “Add”.
