Org Chart

BerniePortal offers an Organization Chart feature to outline your group’s hierarchy. In the Employees “Settings” area you can enter custom definitions that define your “managers” and “reports.” In the example below, this group prefers to call their managers, “Team Manager,” and their employees who report to them as “Team Members.”



Personnel File 

Determine what information Employees see in their own Personnel File by checking the viewing permissions next to each category. Click “Save Changes” when finished.


BernieTip: All Personnel Information will still be available to you as the group admin, when download from the Employee Info area.

BernieTip: Turn on the "Employee Documents" Employee visibility to allow Employees to upload their own documents as per HR's request.
