Approve/deny timesheet edits

Timesheet edit requests can be accessed in your homepage in the Actions dashboard.

Step 1: Select an employee request from list in your Actions dashboard.


Step 2: In the employee’s timesheet area, you’ll notice original time stamps followed by blue bubbles and requested time edits in blue. Hover over a blue chat bubble to view notes about the time stamp – this could be an employee’s reason for the incorrect time stamp. The blue time is the employee’s requested time correction and can be approved or denied by hovering over the actions gear.



Step 3: If denied, you may send an accompanying message to the employee or choose not to.
