Below are more guided steps to generating a report. Some reports require additional steps. For a list of those reports and the information that each contain, please visit the employer report’s feature. (link to types of reports)

Step 1: Select a report type and subgroup, then select any other options in additional fields (fields may vary based on what type of report you are trying to run).
Step 2: Choose an email to send the report to – either to the global admin or an interested party.
Step 3: Click generate & send. A request to download the report will be sent to the provided email address. Below is an example of an ‘All data’ report and it’s required fields.

Remaining steps are for report recipient:
Step 4: Open email from BerniePortal - subject will read “Download Reports”.
Step 5: Click on the “Click here” link to download the generated report (link will expire in 7 days). Reports are downloaded in an excel format.

BernieTip: Once a link is clicked and the report is downloaded, the link will expire. If you need to re-download a report, you’ll need to be sent another email.
