Tasks Queue - Service Team



While in your Tasks feature, you’ll notice a list of existing tasks listed in what is known as the Tasks Queue.

 

Tasks can be reorganized by date, status, name of contact, or associated account by clicking the header above each column.

Updating the status of a task


Completing or updating the status of a task can be performed in the Tasks feature as well as your Dashboard.

 

In both cases, simply click the grey “X” icon in the “Complete” column to open the task editing page which will allow you to change the status of the task.

 

This can be an opportunity to add additional comments or edit other details regarding the task.
